Chief Dr Blessed Okole is the Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Head of Government of Cameroon on strategic issues in the Agriculture, Environment, Health, Science and Innovation sector. Before assuming this position, he was the Research Group Leader and Acting Impact Area Manager Agro-processing in the Agriculture and Food cluster at the CSIR in South Africa, Managing Director and Senior Vice President Strategic Planning and Field Operation of SG Sustainable oil Cameroon- a 19,820 ha oil palm plantation, Chief Executive Officer East Coast Biotechnology Innovation Centre (Lifelab), Senior General Manager Infrastructure and Planning for the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) in South Africa.
